A Program and Opportunity

Freddie Mac’s innovative Optigo project creates a network for lenders to improve the loan process. The brand name was born from the way Freddie Mac strives for customers—they lead the market because they “opt to go” further. According to Debby Jenkins, Executive Vice President and head of Freddie Mac Multifamily, “Optigo brings much-needed distinction and identity to our market-leading multifamily seller/servicer network and our wide array of loan offerings.”

We helped with the development of the Optigo landing page and created campaign elements Freddie Mac used in their marketing.

Stick Your Landing

The landing page is an innovative jump-off point to learn about all of Optigo’s product offerings. Working with their creative team, we developed a Javascript-based page that features big transitions and animations to create engagement and excitement about the program.

Roll the Video

What’s another promotion tactic? We created a video full of interesting visuals and transitions that complemented the website and other marketing efforts. We were responsible for sourcing and directing the voiceover talent, animating the video, and creating the sound design.
