The Lead Well program was designed by Learn to Live to train and empower employees in management positions about how to approach mental health conversations with their teams. By having a comprehensive set of tools and content at their disposal, this training program focused on empathetic listening techniques that managers can use to create a positive workplace environment.

We were tasked with naming this program in addition to creating a basic logo and brand exploration. Our approach was simple, and we wanted the project to have a connection to the parent brand, while still having the ability to stand on its own.

The Name(ing)

The “Lead Well” training program identifies the tools and capabilities needed to be an effective leader. Participants learn how to identify and understand common signs of emotional struggle and how to take the correct first steps among employees so they can ultimately help themselves.

A Mark on Its Own

The logo connects the Learn to Live brand by pulling some aspects of the Learn to Live logo into itself, and of course, matching their main brand color.
