Learn to Live came to us to help them define their experience for their new client portal. Using their brand standards, we worked with their Customer Experience team to bring their vision to life based on their requirements for data and analytics.
One of the goals for this product was to ensure the data was showcased in an easy-to-consume manner. We approached this project from the user’s perspective, understanding what they needed to achieve at a glance, but allowing them to dive deeper into the data as needed.
Data displays that are intuitive and friendly is good data. The ability to browse, download, and filter trends was a key feature required to make the interface clean and approachable.
We made it easy for the users to leverage existing marketing materials being used by the Client Engagement team. No need to dig around in your email.
