Welcome Taryn Saturn as Director of Client Services

Some people join your team and already feel like part of it.

We’re thrilled to welcome Taryn Saturn as Scale’s Director of Client Services. For many of us, this is a chance to work alongside someone we’ve known and collaborated with for years. We know how she works, she knows how we work, and we’re excited to be doing it together again.

Taryn brings 15 years of agency experience and a deeply personal approach to client relationships. She’s built her career around understanding what clients need, bringing the right people together, and helping turn complex challenges into work everyone can be proud of.

Her path through agency life matters. Taryn started in traffic coordination, managing schedules and moving work across copy, design, production, development, and SEO. She grew through account management into client services leadership, building an understanding of both the client’s priorities and everything it takes for a team to deliver. She knows how much care, coordination, and follow-through sit behind a successful launch.

Her experience spans real estate, nonprofit organizations, legal services, cybersecurity, and beyond. She helped bring Fetner Properties’ new multi-family developments, The Bold and Italic to life, overseeing everything from brand development and website creation to photoshoots and marketing rollouts. She also partnered with Melwood, Inc. and Bottom Line on brand strategy that captured both the breadth of their work and the purpose driving their missions. Her work with the American Kidney Fund offered another opportunity to connect with a mission beyond the day-to-day project work, including attending its Hope Affair Gala to support the people and stories behind the cause.

That curiosity about a client’s world is a big part of what makes Taryn’s approach feel so right for Scale.

If you read how she talks about her work, the same theme keeps coming through: Relationships. Learning what matters to people. Being someone they can talk things through with. Celebrating what you’ve built together. And, somewhere along the way, becoming friends.

Many of us have experienced that firsthand. Years of working together have built a familiarity and trust that are hard to replicate. We already have a shared rhythm, an understanding of how to support each other, and the comfort to have honest conversations that make the work better. Taryn brings valuable capabilities to Scale, and she’s a natural fit for the people and culture here. She’ll plug right in.

As Scale continues to grow, we want every client to feel that same level of connection. Bringing brand strategy, design, and digital together takes close collaboration, clear communication, and a shared understanding of where we’re headed. Taryn will help us strengthen that experience, keeping our clients’ goals at the center of the work and building the trust that gives great ideas room to happen.

In her own announcement, Taryn said she was “ready to Scale.” We appreciate someone who gets here with the closing line already written.
